We are currently working with several partners to build a legitimate soccer field with changing facilities and bathrooms. This mini-complex will serve the region and will reinforce our efforts to improve behavior towards girls and women. All of our programs emphasize equal opportunity and respect for each other. Until the arrival of Banda Bola, girls in Malawi were not allowed to play soccer. Now they do. By giving girls locker rooms, they will no longer be subjected to the indignity of changing in the bushes or behind trees.
